Founded in 1985, Bethesda International Church of the Lord Jesus Christ non-denominational, multi-culture and multigenerational church located in Silver Spring, MD led by Pastor John O. Oluyole.

Vision Statement
To be a transformative ministry for all generations and active participants in the mandate of Jesus Christ to proclaim the Good News of the Gospel (Mark 16:19-20), continually engaging through our discipleship program (Matthew 28:16-20), and being trustworthy and faithful witnesses to our Lord Jesus Christ under the influence of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:6-8).
Statement of Faith
(Our Beliefs)
Bethesda International Church of the Lord Jesus Christ’s statement of faith outlines our core beliefs and doctrinal positions.
The Trinity
Belief in one God, existing eternally in three persons - God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
(John 1:1-14 and Ephesians 4:4-6)
Creation
Affirmation that all things were created by Go including angels and humans, who were created directly in the image of God.
(Genesis 1:1, John 1:3 and Colossians 1:16)
The Bible
The Bible is considered the true revelation of God, inerrant in its original manuscripts and authoritative in all matters.

Humanity and Sin
Belief that Adam's disobedience brought sin and death into the world, making all humans sinners from conception.
(Genesis 3:1-19 and Romans 5:12)
Salvation
Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, through repentance of sin and faith in Him as Savior.
(John 14:6, Acts 4:12 and Romans 10:9)
